On behalf of our client, we are now looking for someone who is driven, loves to work independently, and wants to use their physical strength in their daily work. Do you also have a technical interest? Perfect!

Our client is Sweden's leading manufacturer in the industry. Approximately 150 people work at the workplace in various industrial elements as well as in logistics.

The role of production worker is both fun and occasionally challenging. Your tasks will include:

• Monitoring machines
• Bit change
• Packing details according to instructions
• Starting and stopping auxiliary equipment
• Quality assurance
• Some forklift driving may occur

• Good machine and workshop experience
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Technical competence
• CNC training, mechanical workshop training, industrial technology training, or equivalent competence deemed relevant by the employer
• Previous experience working with metal or similar materials
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• Driver's license and access to a car

To succeed in this assignment, it is important that you have a strong commitment to your work. Additionally, you are proactive and have a good ability to work independently. Since communication is an important part of the job, you have good knowledge of the Swedish language. As a person, you are driven and positive, contributing to a good atmosphere in the group. You are eager to take initiative and show engagement by supporting your colleagues in their tasks when the opportunity arises.

For this position, you will be employed by OnePartnerGroup in Borås and hired out to the client company with good chances of permanent employment with the client.
